Atlas General Contracting provides residential and commercial construction services throughout The Midwest, including but not limited to:

  • New construction and home additions
  • Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
  • Basement finishing and renovations
  • Roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior work
  • Window and door installation
  • Deck and outdoor structure construction
  • Emergency repair services
  • Insurance claim assistance

Service Agreements

All construction projects require a signed service agreement outlining the scope of work, timeline, payment terms, and other project-specific details. Estimates provided are subject to change based on final project assessment and unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project contract. Generally:

  • Deposits may be required before project commencement
  • Progress payments are due at specified project milestones
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and inspection
  • Late payments may incur additional fees

Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms vary by project type and will be detailed in your service agreement. We use quality materials and skilled craftsmen with 45+ years of combined experience to ensure lasting results.

Message frequency will vary depending on your project status and service needs. You may receive between 1-10 messages per month during active projects. Emergency situations may require additional communications.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:

  • STOP - to immediately stop receiving all text messages from Atlas General Contracting
  • HELP - for assistance or questions about our text message program

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You can also contact us at 636-275-6060 to opt out or for any assistance.

Cost and Carrier Information

Important Cost Information:

  • • Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan
  • • Atlas General Contracting does not charge for text messages, but your carrier might
  • • Check with your mobile carrier for pricing details
  • • All major carriers are supported (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and regional carriers)

Privacy and Data Protection

Your phone number and SMS consent information will be used solely for the purposes outlined above. We will NOT:

  • Share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes
  • Sell or rent your contact information
  • Send promotional or marketing messages unrelated to your construction project

Liability and Disclaimers

Insurance and Licensing

Atlas General Contracting is fully insured and licensed to operate in The Midwest. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for all projects and comply with local building codes and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Atlas General Contracting's liability is limited to the scope outlined in your service agreement. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, material shortages, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
