General Terms of Service
By accessing and using the services of Atlas General Contracting ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
Atlas General Contracting provides residential and commercial construction services throughout The Midwest, including but not limited to:
- New construction and home additions
- Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
- Basement finishing and renovations
- Roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior work
- Window and door installation
- Deck and outdoor structure construction
- Emergency repair services
- Insurance claim assistance
Service Agreements
All construction projects require a signed service agreement outlining the scope of work, timeline, payment terms, and other project-specific details. Estimates provided are subject to change based on final project assessment and unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your project contract. Generally:
- Deposits may be required before project commencement
- Progress payments are due at specified project milestones
- Final payment is due upon project completion and inspection
- Late payments may incur additional fees
Warranties
We stand behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms vary by project type and will be detailed in your service agreement. We use quality materials and skilled craftsmen with 45+ years of combined experience to ensure lasting results.
SMS Terms and Conditions
You may consent to receive SMS communications from Atlas General Contracting through one of the following methods:
(1) Website Contact Form: By completing our website contact form at goatlasgo.us and actively checking the required SMS consent checkbox — which is not pre-selected — you expressly agree to receive text messages from Atlas General Contracting. Checking this box constitutes your express written consent to be contacted by SMS.
(2) Facebook Lead Ad Form: By submitting your contact information through an Atlas General Contracting Facebook Lead Ad — which displays a consent disclosure statement prior to submission — you expressly agree to receive text messages from Atlas General Contracting.
In both cases, consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Types
You may receive the following types of text messages:
- Project Updates: Status updates on your construction project, including start dates, progress reports, and completion notifications
- Appointment Reminders: Reminders for scheduled consultations, site visits, and inspections
- Service Notifications: Important service-related information, weather delays, or scheduling changes
- Emergency Alerts: Urgent notifications regarding emergency repairs or time-sensitive matters
- Estimate and Quote Information: Details about your free estimate request
Atlas General Contracting's SMS program operates under the "Mixed" use case as registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR). Messages include service notifications, appointment reminders, estimate follow-ups, and project status updates. Any promotional or marketing messages will be clearly identified as such and sent only to contacts who have provided express written consent for marketing communications. Message content will at all times remain consistent with the registered campaign purpose.
Upon submitting your contact information and consenting to SMS communications, you will receive an initial confirmation message in the form of: "Atlas General Contracting: Thanks for reaching out! We received your request and will contact you shortly. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary depending on your project status and service needs. You may receive between 1–10 messages per month during active projects. Emergency situations may require additional communications outside this range.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:
- STOP — to immediately stop receiving all text messages from Atlas General Contracting
- HELP — for assistance or questions about our text message program
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You can also contact us at 636-275-6060 to opt out or for any assistance.
To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START to any prior message from Atlas General Contracting, or contact us directly at 636-275-6060 or Info@goATLASgo.us to request re-enrollment.
TCPA Compliance
Atlas General Contracting complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and all applicable Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations governing business text messaging. We obtain express written consent before sending any marketing-related SMS messages, and express consent before sending transactional or service-related messages. We do not send unsolicited commercial text messages. We also adhere to the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) Messaging Principles and Best Practices guidelines governing commercial SMS messaging in the United States.
Prohibited Content
Atlas General Contracting will not send SMS messages containing content that violates carrier guidelines or applicable law, including but not limited to: sexually explicit material, hate speech, content promoting illegal firearms, illicit drug use, tobacco products, or any other content prohibited under CTIA Messaging Principles and carrier messaging policies (collectively referred to as SHAFT-prohibited content). Any message found to violate these standards will result in immediate cessation of that messaging and may result in account termination.
Cost and Carrier Information
Important Cost Information:
- Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
- Atlas General Contracting does not charge for text messages, but your carrier might.
- Check with your mobile carrier for pricing details.
- All major carriers are supported (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and regional carriers)
Privacy and Data Protection
Your phone number and SMS consent information will be used solely for the purposes outlined above. We will NOT:
- Share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes
- Sell or rent your contact information
- Send promotional or marketing messages unrelated to your construction project

One-to-One Consent
In accordance with the FCC's one-to-one consent rule (effective January 27, 2026), consent to receive SMS communications from Atlas General Contracting applies solely to Atlas General Contracting. When you submit a contact form on our website or through an Atlas General Contracting advertisement — including Facebook Lead Ads — your consent is specific to communications from Atlas General Contracting only. Your contact information will not be shared with, sold to, or used by any other business, lead aggregator, or third party for their own marketing or communications purposes.
Terms Acceptance
By using either consent method described above, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions. You confirm that the mobile number provided is your own and that you are authorized to receive text messages at that number.
Liability and Disclaimers
Insurance and Licensing
Atlas General Contracting is fully insured and licensed to operate in The Midwest. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for all projects and comply with local building codes and regulations.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Atlas General Contracting's liability is limited to the scope outlined in your service agreement. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, material shortages, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
